Biography
Dr. Krista Clancy earned her undergraduate at Western Michigan University in 1997, her masters at Eastern Michigan University in 2000, and her Ph D at Wayne State University in 2017. She has a licensed in psychologist and behavior analyst. She has been practicing in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and autism for the last 25 years. Dr. Clancy is the program coordinator for the ABA program at WSU where she oversees curriculum, staff and students in the program. She also consults with ABA agencies on training, program development, and clinical oversight of clients and staff. Prior to that she held a director position at a major ABA provider in the metro Detroit area.
Areas of interests include supervision, interprofessional training, coordination of care, and parent involvement and include serving as the PI on grants and finical awards from Michigan Dept of Health and Human Services, Michigan Health Endowment Fund, and Patient Centered Outcome Research Institute.
Dr. Clancy’s community and professional positions include University representative for the Michigan Autism Council and Advisory Board member of the Black Applied Behavior Analyst organization.
