Responsibilities

The Director for Student Success is a member of the College of Education (COE) leadership team and is responsible for leading, assessing, and supporting the college’s culture of student success to enhance students’ sense of belonging, academic integration, and academic and professional success. The Director serves as the lead divisional advisor and directs the COE Success Center, which serves as a one-stop-shop for COE student inquiries, advising, career development and support. The role includes coordinating and developing an integrated approach for the College’s advising, retention, academic recovery, career services, student engagement, and other related programmatic activities.
