On Thursday, October 20, 2022, Ericka Watson, Ed.D. candidate in the Educational Leadership and Policy Studies program successfully defended her dissertation “School Leadership and the Role it Plays in the Equitable Discipline of African American Students.” Dr. Watson’s committee members are Dr. Carolyn Shields, major advisor; Dr. Sarah Lenhoff; Dr. Ben Pogodzinski; and Dr. Susan Gabel.
