Responsibilities

Kristen M. Kaszeta is an Associate Professor of Teaching in the Division of Kinesiology, Health and Sports Studies within the College of Education. Kristen also serves as the Program Coordinator for the Lifestyle Fitness Activities program. The Lifestyle Fitness Activities (LFA) program provides students from across the university with the skills, knowledge and confidence to participate in a broad range of physical activities for a lifetime. 

Kristen also oversees the Yoga & Mindfulness minor. The Yoga and Mindfulness minor allows undergraduate students in any department across all schools and colleges at WSU to add yoga and mindfulness skills and knowledge as a credential to their degree programs.
