Anita Vasudevan Graduate of the College of Education is the Recipient of the 2015 Donnelly Award

Anita Vasudevan is a recent graduate of the College of Education, with a degree in Kinesiology. During her time at Wayne State, she has worked as a GO-GIRL mentor and as a peer mentor for the KHS department. She also teaches yoga at the WSU Recreation Center and at local elementary schools through the Danialle Karmanos' Work It Out program. Anita has also been involved with WSU GlobeMed, SEED Wayne, and the Commission on the Status of Women through her undergraduate years, and she is a recent recipient of the 2015 Donnelly Award. She is excited to pursue a career in Integrative Medicine, and will be starting medical school at the University of Michigan in August.
