Charlie Younger, senior in the College of Education Kineisology program named to GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team
The college congratulates redshirt senior Charlie Younger (Eagle, WI/Mukwonago HS), who was named to the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) All-Academic Excellence Team for maintaining a cumulative GPA of at least 3.5. This is his fourth consecutive GLIAC AllAcademic recognition. Younger is a kinesiology major.
Thirty-nine (39) members of the 2019 Wayne State University football team were recognized with GLIAC accolades. This number (39) equals the school record set in 2016. Ten of the 39 football student-athletes honored are students in the College of Education.
