Dr. Erin Centeio, Assistant Professor in Physical Education and Physical Activity Leadership in the College of Education, Division of Kinesiology, Health and Sport Studies has been awarded the AIESEP 2016 Young Scholar Award. AIESEP is French for "International Association for Physical Education in Higher Education". This is one of the premier professional associations in the field of physical education and physical activity, and their annual convention rotates throughout the world. In past years, it has been held in locations such as Auckland, NZ; Limerick, IR; and Barcelona, SP. Dr. Centeio will be presenting at this year's conference and receiving formal recognition at the 2016 AIESEP Conference. in Laramie, WY. Congrats to Dr. Centeio on this premier accomplishment as an early career faculty.
