On Tuesday, February 28, 2023, Amy Hawtin, Ed.D. candidate in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies program successfully defended her dissertation “Sensemaking of Michigan's Read by Grade Three Law.” Dr. Hawtin’s committee members are Dr. Ben Pogodzinski, major advisor; Dr. Sarah Lenhoff; and Dr. Poonam Arya.
