Michigan Interscholastic Forensic Association has named the Michigan Theater Teacher of the Year. It is Mark Johnson, a graduate of Wayne State University's College of Education. Mark was certified in 2012 (Secondary Speech and English) and earned a Master of Arts in Teaching degree in 2015 (his bachelor's degree is from Michigan State). Mark teaches at Adlai E. Stephenson High School (Utica Community Schools). "I am in fact a proud graduate of Wayne State!" says Mark Johnson.
