On Friday, November 4, 2016 Associate Professor Thomas Pedroni of Curriculum Studies in the division of Teacher Education for the College of Education was awarded the Spirit of Detroit Award by the Honorable B. Pennie Millender of the 36th Circuit Court from the Detroit City Council. Professor Pedroni also received a State Special Tribute by the 4th District State Representative Rose Mary Robinson for his work and outstanding leadership.
