On May 10, from 9:30-11:00 a.m., the Division of Kinesiology, Health and Sport Studies in the College of Education will host for the second year the regional event for All Children Exercising Simultaneously (ACES) day, in collaboration with the Danialle Karmanos Work It Out organization and the Michigan Fitness Foundation. Detroit Mayor Duggan will be one of the guest speakers. This is an international day to celebrate childhood wellness and obesity prevention, with thousands of locations hosting events like ours, including MSU and UM. Nearly 1,000 Detroit children will attend the event to be held in the Matthaei complex.
