The College of Education congratulates students Hailey Richardson and Ellie Rodriguez for being named to the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) for volleyball. Both Hailey and Ellie are pursuing degrees in the division of Kinesiology, Health and Sport Studies.

Hailey Richardson of New Boston, MI received First Team AII-GLIAC and Ellie Rodriguez of Grand Rapids, MI received Second Team AII-GLIAC.

To earn conference All Academic recognition, student-athletics must be an active member of their respective teams at the end of the season and cannot be a freshman or first-year transfer student. All-Academic Teams are comprised of those student-athletes that meet criteria and carry a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0-3.49. Academic Excellence Teams are comprised of student athletes that have a cumulative GPA of 3.50-4.0. Grades are based on marks from the fall semester.
