Students from China studying Physical Education at the College of Education Wayne State University

Imagine travelling nearly 12,000 miles and landing in a foreign country to study for the next two years. That is what five brave Physical Education students in the Division of Kinesiology, Health & Sport Studies from Central China Normal University, have decided to do. Central China Normal University is located in the Wuhan metropolitan area of central China, there are more than 30,000 students at the university and more than 12 million people in the city, which is approximately twice the population that the Detroit metro area has. The five students are seizing the great opportunity to study at a world-class research university and are looking forward to experiencing all that Wayne State University College of Education has to offer. Since their arrival here at WSU, the students have visited various area attractions, such as Belle Isle and the Great Lakes Crossing Mall in Auburn Hills, but their favorite experience by far has been attending a Wayne State University Warriors Football game!
