Tieler Houston, Shane Hynes, Kyle Lewis and Kyle Toth of the College of Education have been named to the GLIAC honors for football

The College of Education congratulates students Tieler Houston, Shane Hynes, Kyle Lewis and Kyle Toth for being named to the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) for football. All four students are pursuing their degrees in the division of Kinesiology, Health and Sport Studies.

Tieler Houston of Waterford, MI; Shane Hynes of Royal Oak, MI; Kyle Lewis of Detroit, Mi; and, Kyle Toth of San Antonio, Texas received Honorable Mention All-GLIC Team.

To earn conference All Academic recognition, student-athletics must be an active member of their respective teams at the end of the season and cannot be a freshman or first-year transfer student. All-Academic Teams are comprised of those student-athletes that meet criteria and carry a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0-3.49. Academic Excellence Teams are comprised of student athletes that have a cumulative GPA of 3.50-4.0. Grades are based on marks from the fall semester.
