Teens Work it Out

A combination of mindful movement, mindful relaxation, and mindful thinking focused on empowering teens to improve physical and mental health, focus and attention, school engagement, and academic achievement.

All materials are free, but for use with permission. Please let us know if you're using the program, if you have any questions about the program implementation or adaptability, and if you would like us to conduct an evaluation, also free, of the program's effectiveness in your classroom, building, district, or other setting. We would like to expand our evaluation of the program's usage more widely and appreciate your willingness to partner in that.
